we do, like Numark,JBL, Mackie,Yamaha,
EV, Pioneer, Shure, Qse, Denon, Odyssey, and Samson.
Will you provide an emergency back-up system
at our event? Yes we carry back-up equipment
to every event so you can rest easy.
Are we guaranteed the DJ of our choice on the
day of our event? A contract with your specific
entertainer guarantees you will have no surprises the
day of your event.
How many years of experience do you have?
Experience brings knowledge
of common problems and situations. We have performed
over 500 weddings and over 4500 other events.
How will you be dressed? Proper attire
reflects a positive image to you and
your guests. HeartString Entertainment Entertainers
dress in formal wear unless you request otherwise.
How early will you be to our site to set up?
An average of One hour should
be allowed for set up and sound check.
Will you take requests? Yes, requests
will be honored by all guests unless for some reason
the bride and groom do not want a particular song or
genre to be
played.
Do you provide a written contract?
It is extremely important to have your booking confirmed
in writing. Ask for a written agreement, especially
if you are paying an initial retainer. The standard
initial payment for entertainment services is 50%.
Can you supply us with references from past
clients? Yes, if you want to contact past clients
about the services we provide, we would be happy to
supply them to you
